I've served as CEO, CFO, COO, and founder across industries ranging from manufacturing to consumer products to entertainment. I've led companies through acquisitions, turnarounds, and rapid growth. I've raised capital, negotiated high-stakes deals — including a global licensing agreement with the teams of Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner — and invested in more than a dozen companies as an angel investor.
What I bring to a consulting engagement isn't theory. It's the judgment that comes from having sat in the operator's chair, made the hard calls, and lived with the results.
Outside of consulting, I serve on several boards and councils in my community, because I believe strong businesses make for strong communities.
